An unlimited number of unique reseller profiles can be maintained for repeated access as new items come to market. And if the customer’s data fields change or expand, an existing profile can be modified in a matter of a few minutes.

A. PIES is the industry acronym standing for the Product Information Exchange Standard. The standard was established in 2001.

Q: How many data fields are covered?

A: Over 80, including dim weight, validated UPC code, industry-standard brand code, unit of measure, and other transportation codes. The focus is the REQUIRED purchasing, pricing, warehousing and shipping data fields manufacturers and reps need on a day-to-day basis to complete various customers’ new item load sheets, sometimes called new item “set up” sheets or “create” sheets.

Q. How do I gain access to this service?

A. Click on... ‘Forgot your username / password?’ on the right side of the home page. If you are an employee of a WD, chain headquarters, mail order company or Internet eTailer selling one of the available brands and receive our weekly New Products Alert email, you can get your username and password by return email in minutes. Just type your email address and click submit.

Q: I am a rep for one of the available brands. How do I get access?

A: Easy!

1) Send an email to the manufacturer brand you rep, asking them to authorize you to have access to their brands’ PIES data on PWA.LoadSheetData.com. CC: your email to reps@dcinet.com.

2) Once the manufacturer answers your email AND copies the reps@dcinet.com email address, you will have access to that manufacturer’s PIES data on your service.

Q: I am a rep for a brand that is NOT on the available brand list. How do I get them involved?

A: Send and email to Craig Chatt at cchatt@dcinet.com and CC: the key person at the manufacturer. Craig will take it from there.

Q: I am an employee at one of the available manufacturer/brands. How do I get access?

A: Just click on Forgot your username / password? You will be given your username and password access codes for your company’s brand(s) PIES data. Just type your email address and click submit.

Q: I am an employee at a manufacturer who is NOT on your available brands list. How can I get access to this service?

A: Sorry, you can’t. Only brands that are part of DCi's ALL-Channels sales network can have access. If you would like to know how your company can become part of our network, just send an email to Craig Chatt at cchatt@dcinet.com. He will take it from there.

A: See the Available Brands listed on the menu. Nearly 200 of the leading performance and accessory brands are available. These brands represent more than 80% of the industry’s sales through WDs. Manufacturers with an ALL-Channels electronic catalog from DCi are included at no extra cost. Non-participating manufacturers can use our stand-alone data service.
